Wow, you don’t need to guess what I’d be buying right now if I were flush with cash! Ahhhh! What a fabulous idea, to combine vacationing with the luxury of a hotel setting. It reminds me of when I used to live in Hong Kong in the late ’90′s and early 2000′s. I knew several people at the time who lived in hotels year round (at that time Hong Kong boasted the most expensive real estate in the world so it was actually cheaper to live in a hotel than in many of the higher-end houses or apartments that were available for rent). Of course living in a hotel was a really smart setup because they benefited from having all the hotel’s amenities at their disposal (room service, laundry service, maid service, etc). I bet it felt a lot like they were on vacation! Now if I could only find a vacation residence in my price range…!
