Green Luxury Living in Las Vegas

Luxury home builders are now offering the latest luxury upgrades…energy efficiency. Blue Heron a local luxury home builder in Las Vegas is known for its boutique luxury communities and unique modern designs. Their first foray into the Las Vegas real estate market was Stone Canyon, built during the boom years. It was an instant success, spawning another named community dubbed Stone Canyon south in the southwest part of Las Vegas.

In its latest project, Blue Heron is following its earlier success with Stone Canyon with a new custom luxury home project Marquis. Like its predessor, there are two locations being built. The original Marquis in Las Vegas located next to Wayne Newton’s estate  and another Marquis in Seven Hills. Unlike their prior projects, both Marquis communities will be comprised of entirely custom homes.

Prospective home buyers will have the usual luxury options available such as game rooms, infinity edge pools, wine cellars, etc but Blue Heron is also offering the latest green technologies as well.  Those buyers concerned with the impact their home will have on the environment (and their utility bills) have the option to have several energy saving features added. Potential home buyers can have tankless water heaters, highly efficient heating and air conditioning units, water saving fixtures and photovoltaic panels (solar) added to their home.

Marquis

Marquis is a unique community in the Las Vegas luxury homes market by offering solar panels and other energy saving features up front. The model home in the Las Vegas Marquis community has all of the latest energy saving features incorporated, showing that you don’t have to sacrifice luxury to build a greener home.
