July 2008 was the HIGHEST number of homes sold for ANY MONTH in ANY YEAR in our MLS history

YTD sales for 2008 is 2% above our highest sales year on record (2007)

Days-on-market is at 107 (anything below 120 is considered a Sellers market)

Average sales price has steadily increased
